3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at info@getdunn.co.uk if you suspect any unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts we believe have been compromised.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use Dunn only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the Service to send harassing, threatening, or fraudulent communications
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or another user's account
- Use the Service to send invoices or reminders for goods or services not actually provided
- Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the Service
- Use automated scripts to interact with the Service without our prior written consent
5. Subscription and payment
Dunn offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.
6. Debt recovery services
Dunn's Letter Before Action (LBA) service and Small Claims Court filing assistance are provided as a convenience only and do not constitute legal advice. We recommend seeking independent legal advice for complex debt recovery matters. Dunn accepts no liability for the outcome of any legal proceedings.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dunn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use of the Service poses a risk to others. We will endeavour to give reasonable notice where possible.
9. Changes to the service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Your continued use of the Service following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
